Headlining for Al Frash at the BBC Good Food Show (NEC Birmingham) 2006 and 2007, Chef Azam had spectators literally eating of his hand where his 20 minute demo was extended by popular demand to over 90 mins!

Representing the great City of Birmingham, Al Frash travelled to Londons Marylebone station where Chef Azam demonstrated to our southern neighbours the simplicity, healthiness and fantastic taste of the Balti!
