Since 2001, the direction of the restaurant has been under the control of Mo Ahmed. An individual whose passion for the Balti cuisine has been recognised through his contribution to various articles about the ever popular cuisine. Numerous print media including the BBC Olive Magazine, The Restaurant Magaine, Masala, NEC ExpoGuide, Wiki and other food publications have featured articles providing valuable background to the cuisine and to the imporantance of a cultural heartbeat at the Balti Triangle.
Our contributions to the new "Balti Triangle logo" (3 chillies arranged in a triangle) has further complimented the zeal for the cuisine and for its continued evolution.
The team, headed by Chef Azam since 2001 has further realised the potential of Al Frash's vision by helping attain fantastic recognition from across the food reviewing world... We strive to continue delivering the very best of Britains Balti experience, served freshly to you.
