Did you know that "Al Frash" translates from Persian to "The Butterfly"? This identity is central to our drive to create fragrant, aromatic, delicious cuisine... Established in 1991, we have always prided ourselves in providing that something extra for our clientelle. Our Chefs are fully qualified and able to provide a prized consistency of cuisine. Headed by Chef Azam since 2001, Al Frash has been consistantly acclaimed by regional and national media, including balti experts from across the UK. Efforts to be the best have resulted in numerous awards, which can be viewed in the Awards section.
