Under family control since its very beginning, Al Frash has retained its original vigour and vision to delivery fabulous Balti Cuisine to the people of the UK.
Since 2001, the direction of the restaurant has been under the control of Mo Ahmed, an individual who has overseen the refurbishment of the restaurant in 2007 and provided the front face of the restaurant.
